N₂ WINES, located in St. Helena, CA, has over four years experience refining our mission: to improve the packaging and dispensing, and therefore, the quality of the wines served by the glass or carafe.

Jim Neal - Proprietor

Jim has spent the last 30 years involved with the food and wine industries, and has been refining the wine on tap concept for several of those years. After working at the original Spago in Los Angeles, he moved to St Helena in the Napa Valley in 1988 to open Terra Restaurant and became involved in the wine industry. He spent years in the cellars of Stony Hill Vineyards, Caymus Vineyards and as a vineyard laborer for David Abreu Vineyard Management. He started his brand "Chariot" with the help of Chuck Wagner in 2000, and now produces red and white table wines known as "Gypsy" under that label. In addition the Chariot brand, Neal produces Fusion Napa Valley Verjus, a cooking ingredient made from vinifera grapes and used is some of America's best professional kitchens.

Jeff Hunsaker - Winemaker

Jeff Hunsaker joined N₂ WINES and Jim Neal Wine Company and took the reins as winemaker for both in 2008. With over ten years experience at Joseph Phelps Vineyards in St. Helena, and many years of experience in the food service industry, Jeff’s winemaking technique and palate have been developed in the wine trade and by market-driven experience. The two met while working together at Vincent’s on Camelback, a restaurant in Phoenix, AZ in 1986. Neal and Hunsaker discovered a love for wines and food, and with some hard work and a lot of fun, transformed a friendship into a successful partnership making and marketing wines in the Napa Valley.

Allison Rose - Marketing & Sales Representative

Allison has worked in the food & wine industry for over 10 years. She has completed the Intermediate Certification with Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) as well as course work with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She has achieved a Master's of Science in Environmental Chemistry, has an affinity for good wines and entrepreneurial endevours, and contributes those unique qualifications to N₂ WINES. Millhollen was co-owner of a small fine wine shop and bar on the Central Coast of California where Jim Neal's wine on tap concept was first presented to customers - many customers being local winemakers. Needless to say, the wine on tap concept has been studied and critiqued by some of the best and is now refined and ready for consumption.

Susana Partida - Texas Sales and Special Events

Susana discovered her passion for the wine world while learning all facets of the hospitality business. Several years working in high volume kitchens, catering and managing restaurants transformed into a career in sales at a Texas based wine distributor. In 2001, she realized her life long dream of starting her own business and founded Salute! Wine Brokers. Wanting to bring ‘fun and innovation’ back to the wine world, she has added N₂ Wines to the Salute! portfolio. Susana is the Texas broker for sales and special events nationwide.
